Encirclement in the area of Zolote - Gorsky - Kamyshevakhi
1 Ukraine On 22nd of June the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that on 21st of June the Russian Air Force used precision-guided weapons to eliminate up to 500 servicemen of the 59th Ukrainian Mechanized Brigade, plus their weapons and equipment, which was located in the shipbuilding factory "Okean", located in the city of Nikolaev. The Russian ministry added that Ukraine suffered significant losses. 2 The DPR 1 woman and 1 child were killed during a Ukrainian shelling of a DPR village of Rovnopol - the DPR’s office in the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire reported. The DPR has received an information about the death of a woman, born in 2001, and her child, born in 2022, as a result of a direct hit of a Ukrainian shell on a residential building in the village of Rovnopol, in the Volnovakha district. The Petrovsky district of the city of Donetsk is also under fire. The Ukrainian forces fired 60 large caliber shells for 2 hours at an another district of Donetsk - Kievsky. "The NATO sends such heavy weaponry to Ukraine" - the DPR representatives stated. 2 workers who were repairing the local power grid were wounded. A music school and several houses were damaged. 3 The DPR There was an attempt on the life of Yury Turulev, the head of the military-civilian administration of Chernobaevka, in Kherson region. He received minor shrapnel wounds. The IED was hidden in the grass near an intersection, near a fence of an apartment building. The nearby buildings were damaged. None of the locals and security servicemen were injured. 4 Afghanistan An earthquake with a magnitude of about 6 led to severe destruction in Afghanistan. According to the local mass media, more than 1,000 people died. At least 2000 were injured. The ruins are being cleared in the disaster areas. Helicopters are taking the injured people to the hospitals. 6 provinces, including Kabul, suffered destructions from the event. 5 The LPR On 22nd of June, lieutenant-colonel of the People’s Militia of the LPR, Andrey Marochko, stated that the Ukrainian forces, stationed in the villages of Gorskoye and Zolotoe, are completely surrounded. Evgeny Lisitsyn, a military reporter of the ANNA NEWS, reported that the LPR and the Russian forces liberated the settlements of Loskutovka and Rai Aleksandrovka. The encirclement of the Ukrainian forces in the districts of Zolotoye-Gorsky and Kamyshevakhi is finished. 6 Ukraine The German Defense Minister, Christina Lambrecht, stated that Ukraine gave guarantees that it won’t use the Western weapons to shell Russia. According to her, the Ukrainian Minister of Defense, Aleksiy Reznikov, was in Brussels during the last week. He took part in various meetings, where he made such statements. On 21st of June it was reported that the French President, Emmanuel Macron, the German Chancellor, Olaf Scholz, and the Italian Prime Minister, Mario Draghi, didn’t agree to the transfer of weapons to Ukraine, despite the request of Vladimir Zelensky. Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated that the small arms and anti-aircraft systems, provided to Ukraine, became an attractive target for the criminals, terrorists, and extremists.
