Mandalay is the 2nd biggest city in Myanmar. It was reported that water cannons were used to disperse the protesters. The ’Reuters’ reported that 27 people were detained, 1 of them is a journalist. The protesters violated the ban, imposed by the city authorities, on the gatherings of more than 5 people. The agreement will give an equal time to ask questions and make closing statements to both the prosecutors from the House of Representatives, and to the Donald Trump’s lawyers. The impeachment process will begin on 9th of February, with a discussion of the constitutionality of the impeachment against the ex-president. After that, a vote will take place. The legislators need a majority of the votes to be approved. Donald Trump’s prosecutors and lawyers will deliver their opening speeches on Wednesday. The parties were given 16 hours for 2 days to present their arguments to the Senate. The senators have 4 hours to ask their questions to lawyers and prosecutors from the lower house.
