Putin simplified the application for Russian citizenship for residents of Zaporozhye and Kherson regions

Earlier, the US Senate approved an initiative to provide Ukraine with 40 billions of dollars of aid" - Maria Zakharova stated and added that the USA are trying to make more countries to impose anti-Russian sanctions. Meanwhile, the West admitted that the sanctions hurt the West as well. 3 Ukraine The LPR’s People’s Militia, supported by the Russian forces, liberated a few more settlements in the strategically important region of Severodonetsk. The towns of Luganskoe, Mironovsky, Toshkovka, and Svetlodarsk were liberated by the LPR. A copy of the well known "Victory Banner" was placed upon the local city administration building. An important section of the Lisichansk-Artemovsk highway was captured by the LPR. It allowed to cut off the military supplies to the towns of Severodonetsk and Lisichansk, currently held by the Ukrainian forces - an LPR spokesman stated. The transportation of ammo and the rotation of the Ukrainian manpower is no longer possible. In total, the DPR and the LPR forces, supported by the Russian forces, have already liberated almost 220 settlements. 4 Russia On 25th of May, Vladimir Putin signed a decree that simplifies the procedure for applying for the Russian citizenship for the residents of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions of Ukraine. The document can be found on the official website of the legal information of Russia. The corrections are related to a decree that provides a simplified procedure for the residents of the DPR and the LPR. The decision on the citizenship can’t exceed more than 3 months from the date of filing of the applications, and submission of documents. 5 Russia Russia and Iran have agreed to connect ’Shetab’ and ’Mir’ payment systems - the co-chairman of the inter-governmental commission of Russia and Iran, and the Russian Deputy Prime Minister, Alexander Novak, stated. He added that one of the main topics of the negotiations was the discussion of the creation of the conditions for mutual settlements, and the passage of payments between the legal entities and organizations. He added that Russia and Iran will make the maximum use of the national currencies in mutual settlements, and will accelerate the preparation of an agreement on a free trade zone. 6 Ukraine The Ukrainian Ex-Minister of Internal Affairs, Arsen Avakov, the former Ukrainian Prime Minister, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, and the ex-Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Aleksandr Turchynov, didn’t appear at the Security Service of Ukraine for a questioning on the case against the former President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, and the Ukrainian politician Viktor Medvedchuk - the Ukrainian news agency ’’Liga’’ reported on 25th of May while citing the press service of the SBU.
