Plus 4099 units of special military mechanized equipment. Recently the Russian air force destroyed 2 UK-made coastal missile systems ’’Harpoon’’ in the Odessa region. The Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federal Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, stated on his Telegram channel that after the adoption of strategic decisions by Moscow, the West learned to reckon with Russia the same way it did with the USSR. It became clear after the start of the special operation. “But there is an another task that has already been solved. They began to truly reckon with Russia, as it was with the Soviet Union. In some cases they treat us even more seriously, judging by the set of sanctions" - Dmitry Medvedev explained, and reminded that back when Russia was a part of the so-called G8 club - the Russian delegations were never invited to the meetings of the G7. "The core members of the G8 didn’t invite Russia on the meetings about the economic and defense issues of the Western countries. When one isn’t being taken seriously - it’s bad.
