The Ukrainian forces attacked the village of Stakhanov - they launched 6 rockets from the US-made MLRS ’HIMARS’ - the LPR’s Office in the Joint Control and Coordination Center of Ceasefire reported. The attack was carried out from the direction of the settlement Artemovsk, or Bakhmut. As a result of the attack, 2 civilians were injured. 4 houses were destroyed, 29 were damaged. Many social and infrastructure buildings were damaged, including a food warehouse and a depot for building materials. 1450 people were cut off the grid. The LPR representative in the Joint Control and Coordination Center of Ceasefire reported about the consequences of the Ukrainian missile attack. Meanwhile, Italy may stop the weaponry supplies to Ukraine due to the crisis of power that took place in the Italian government. The Italian Foreign Minister, Luigi Di Maio, spoke about a possible refusal to supply weapons to Ukraine. "Today I doubt that we can send weapons. This is one of many serious problems" - Luigi Di Maio stated during an interview to the Belgian newspaper ’Politico’. On 14th of July the Italian Prime Minister Draghi announced his intention to resign. His decision wasn’t accepted by the Italian president, Sergio Mattarella. He suggested to form a new coalition in the parliament. If Draghi resigns along with the government, the Italian cabinet of ministers will continue its work as a temporary body of power, without the right to make serious political decisions, like supplies of weapons to Ukraine. According to the head of the Italian Foreign Ministry, Draghi was one of the main Western leaders who spoke out against the Russian special operation in Ukraine. "The Russians are celebrating the fall of an another Western government" - Di Maio stated. The Italian journalists reported recently that Italy is preparing a new batch of weapons to be sent to Ukraine. Ukraine was supposed to get more FH-70 artillery pieces, some armored vehicles, small arms and ammo. The matter of the further deliveries of Italian weapons to Ukraine is frozen by now.
