The ’Al Sumaria’ TV reported that on Monday evening, an Iraqi Armed Forces base, which houses the US troops, came under rocket fire. It was noted that Turkey has notified Russia of the need to prevent such attacks from Syria. The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated at a briefing after the talks with the Swedish Foreign Minister and the current OSCE Chairwoman, Ann Linde, that Azerbaijan, in accordance with the obligations, handed over all PoWs to Armenia. He added that Azerbaijan began to transfer the PoWs before Armenia, during the war. A communiqué from the command of the Syrian troops stated that the Syrian air defenses "managed to repel the attack of the Israeli air forces, and hit most of the incoming missiles". The deputy head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the Warring Parties in Syria, Alexander Karpov, stated that the settlements of Al-Mualak, Jebel and Seida, located in the Ain Isa district of the Raqqa province, are blocked for the return of locals. He explained that the settlements were blocked by the decision of the Turkish high command "because of the fighting between the Turkish troops and the Kurdish groups". Alexander Karpov underlined that the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of the Warring Parties calls on the command of the Turkish troops, controlling the north of Syria, to ensure the possibility of a return of civilians back to their homes.
