Armed forces of Ukraine committed sabotage in the Bryansk and Belgorod regions
1 Russia On 14th of April the Ukrainian forces invaded the Russian airspace with 2 attack helicopters with heavy weaponry. They moved at a low altitude and carried out at least 6 air strikes on the residential buildings in the village of Klimovo, from the Klimovsky district, in the Bryansk region. As a result of the direct hits - at least 6 residential buildings on Zarechnaya and Lenin streets were damaged. 7 people, including 1 child born in 2020, were injured. The Ukrainian forces also fired from mortars at the "Novye Yurkovichi" border checkpoint in the Bryansk region. On the territory of that border checkpoint there were more than 30 Ukrainian civilians who were on their way to Russia. The firing position was suppressed by the return fire. 2 vehicles of the refugees were damaged. There were no casualties. The checkpoint continues to operate as usual. The Ukrainian forces also shelled the village of Spodaryushkino, in the Belgorod region, the local governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov reported. There were no casualties or damage. It was still decided to evacuate the residents from the villages of Bezymeno and Spodaryushkino. 2 Ukraine The Russian Ministry of Defense reported new data about the special operation. Documents about those tests were found on the territory of the Kharkov region. The patients with mental disorders were selected for the experiments based on their age, nationality, and immune status. Round-the-clock monitoring of the condition of the patients was noted on special forms. Kirillov underlined that the information wasn’t entered into the database of the psychiatric hospital. The work of the laboratory in the city of Merefe was suspended only in January 2022. All the equipment and the drugs were taken to the west of Ukraine. 4 Russia A fire broke out on the Russian missile cruiser ’Moskva’, the entire crew was evacuated. The Russian ministry of defense reported that the warship remains afloat. The servicemen are taking efforts to tow the warship to a port. There were no reports of casualties. The cause of the fire is being investigated. Over the past night it became known that a fire took place on the missile cruiser, which detonated the ammo. According to Dmitry Peskov - Vladimir Putin is being constantly reported on all such events, including the situation with the missile cruiser ’Moskva’. 5 The USA The US presidential assistant for the National Security, Jake Sullivan, spoke about the ability of North Korea to hit the USA with nuclear weapons. "It is not yet known whether they can produce a nuclear warhead for an ICBM, launch it, and actually hit a target on the US mainland" - he stated during a speech on the Economic Club of Washington. Earlier, the deputy head of the department of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Kim Yo-jong, stated that North Korea will use nuclear weapons if South Korea goes on a military confrontation. 6 Russia The Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, stated on the Telegram channel that the entry of Finland and Sweden into the NATO will force Russia to fortify the north-western borders. "It will be necessary to seriously fortify the ground forces and air defenses in there, and to deploy more naval forces in the waters of the Gulf of Finland" - he explained. Dmitry Medvedev added that in such case - the length of the land borders of the NATO with Russia will more than double, and the non-nuclear status of the Baltic "will be out of question". Earlier, the Swedish newspaper ’’Expressen’’ reported while citing their own sources that Finland expressed a clear wish to the Swedish government that both countries jointly apply for a membership in the NATO.
