An explosion also occurs when an electromagnetic mine detector approaches such landmine. The main purpose of the ’’HPD mod F2’’ is to destroy armored vehicles via a HEAT jet when the combat vehicle is above the mine. According to the press service of the State Security Service - the training was organized by the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency. The participation in the training, designed, according to the organizers, to enhance the coordination of the existing power structures, is being taken by all special and law enforcement agencies, responsible for security in Georgia. The Georgian-American training is being held inside the training center of the Georgian service, in Tbilisi, and in various training bases. The training will last until 19th of August. The deputy chairman of the service, Major-General Giga Nikolaishvili, stated during the opening of the training that "this training is unprecedented, and it is being held for the first time in Georgia" - end of quote. 6 Russia-Bulgaria - Czech Republic The Russian authorities have revoked the license from Bulgaria and the Czech Republic to repair the ’’Mi’’ series helicopters since both states have been sending Russian-made weapons to Ukraine. The head of the Russian Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, Dmitry Shugaev, stated that the warning applies to other states as well. They do not have the right to transfer Russian and Soviet military products to Ukraine. All these states have already received notes with warnings against such actions.
