Kim Jong-un stated that the nuclear status of North Korea is permanent. On 7th of September the Supreme People’s Assembly passed a corresponding decree called "The policy on Nuclear Weapons". With the passage of the new law, North Korea has classified its own status as a nuclear power state. North Korea has indicated that the country won’t part with its own nuclear arsenal. Any negotiations on the denuclearization are out of question. According to the document, the decisions on the nuclear weapons can be made personally by Kim Jong-un. He stated that the possession of nuclear weapons is a sovereign right of the DPRK. This right won’t be taken away even by a century of sanctions. Pyongyang secured its right to be the first to launch a nuclear strike and immediately destroy enemy forces in case of a danger to North Korea, its leadership, and its people from an another state - the KCNA reported. 2 employees of the Russian diplomatic mission were killed as a result of a terrorist attack in Kabul. "On 5th of September, at 10:50, a terrorist activated a bomb near the entrance of the consular section of the Russian embassy in Kabul. As a result of the attack - 2 members of the diplomatic mission were killed. Some Afghan citizens were wounded as well" - the Russian ministry of foreign affairs reported. The Russian embassy is in a close contact with the special services of Afghanistan. An investigation is underway - the TASS reported. Earlier the ’’Al Arabiya’’ TV reported that an explosion was carried out by a suicide bomber. According to the head of the police district - "the security forces have identified and neutralized the suicide bomber before he reached his goal". The Qatari TV channel ’’Al Jazeera’’ reported while citing a source in the Afghan police that at least 8 people were killed, and at least 15 were injured. On 9th of September the Russian Ministry of Defense published a video of the transfer of Russian forces to the Kharkov direction. The published video shows the movement of a military convoy of IFVs ’BTR-82A’ and towed artillery D-20 - the TASS reported. "There is a bad humanitarian situation in Balakleya - fierce battles are taking place. Balakleya isn’t under our control. There are attempts to push out the Ukrainian forces. Our forces are being stopped near the town due to the fighting" - the head of the administration of the Kharkov region, Vitaly Ganchev, stated on-air of the "Russia 24" TV. According to him, the situation near Shevchenkovo is difficult as well. The head of the Kupyansky district, Maxim Gubin, stated that the situation is complicated. The Russian forces hold their positions firmly, the city is safe. The local authorities will organize an evacuation of the population to the LPR and Russia, until the situation is fully stabilized. The Russian forces liberated the village of Kodema as a result of a successful offensive operation - Igor Konashenkov reported. The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, reported that the liberation of that settlement will allow the pro-Russian forces to attack the town of Artemovsk from different directions. The Ukrainian forces have been trying to defend the village of Kodema since mid-summer. They repeatedly attempted counter-offensives, but the pro-Russian forces were victorious at the end. The occupational US forces in Syria, together with the Kurds from the ’Syrian Democratic Forces’, began military training in eastern Syria - the ’Kurdistan 24’ reported on 8th of September while citing a statement from the Syrian Democratic Forces. The training takes place near the city of Derik, located at the junction of borders of Syria, Iraq, and Turkey. According to the official statement - the goal of the military training is to increase the combat capability of the troops, involved in the operations against the ISIS. The journalists added however that the USA fears an increase of attacks by the pro-Iranian forces that are attacking the US military bases in the provinces of Hasakah and Deir ez-Zor. The representatives of the UN mission in Yemen reported about an agreement with the rebels to de-militarize the city of Hodeida - the ’Belqees’ reported while citing a UN statement. The Deputy Chief of the mission, Vivian Berry, and a delegation of the rebels discussed the humanitarian challenges, faced by the population of the Hodeida province, including the mine clearance. The UN also condemned the recent military parade of the rebels that took place in Hodeida - it was a violation of the terms of an agreement to demilitarize the region.
