Similar fake news aren’t new - similar fake chemical attacks supposedly took place in Syria. Previously, the US State Department stated that Russia could, allegedly, use chemical weapons in Ukraine. This topic was raised by the official representative of the Pentagon. John Kirby was asked what does he know about the chemical attacks in Mariupol. He admitted that the American military department doesn’t have the reliable data. The main source of such info are the social networks. 2 Russia The FSB stopped the activities of a man, suspected of promouting the ’Hizb ut-Tahrir’ terrorist group, in Crimea. According to him, the attack took place at 14:00 hours. There were no casualties or destruction. The firing points were suppressed by the return fire of the Russian border guards - he added. Aleksandr Bastrykin, the head of the Russian Investigative Committee, stated that the agency will investigate the attacks of the Ukrainian forces on the Russian border regions. 4 The LPR The Military investigators from the Russian Investigative Committee discovered a temporary location of the Ukrainian motorized infantry battalion within the LPR. Some foreign weaponry was found in the area. After that, Vladimir Zelensky offered to exchange the politician for the Ukrainian PoWs. 6 Ukraine The Russian forces continue the special military operation in Ukraine. Over the past day, 2 large warehouses for rockets and artillery weapons of the Ukrainian forces, located near the settlements of Sadovoe and Chudnov, were destroyed by high-precision missiles. 4 Ukrainian helicopters - two Mi-24s and two Mi-8s - were destroyed on the Mirgorod’s military airfield. The Russian Air Force hit 46 military facilities in Ukraine. More than 1,000 Ukrainian marines surrendered in the city of Mariupol - Igor Konashenkov reported. According to him, there are 162 officers and 47 female servicemen among those who surrendered.
