The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, reported that the situation in the town of Krasny Liman is "rather difficult", just like in some other settlements in the north of the DPR - the RIA NEWS reported. 2 Russia The spokesman of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, told to the reporters on 12th of September that Vladimir Putin is receiving reports on the progress of the special military operation, including the reports about the regrouping of Russian forces. The RIA NEWS reported that there are internet outages as well. 4 The USA - Ukraine The USA plans to transfer several medium-range anti-aircraft missile systems ’NASAMS’, developed by Norway and the USA, to Ukraine. The delivery of the first few missile systems is expected in autumn of 2022. The USA plans to deliver most of missile systems by 2024. The plans of the US authorities to transfer the ’NASAMS’ to Ukraine became known in June 2022. According to the US mass media - Ukraine will receive NASAMS with new AMRAAM-ER missiles that can hit air targets at a distance of up to 50 kilometers. 5 Ukraine The Ukrainian Defense Minister, Aleksiy Reznikov, stated that in order to establish peace in Ukraine, the country’s authorities are ready to sign a document with specific security guarantees - the RIA NEWS reported. “We have learned a lot. We have learned not to trust the attempts to help us get a peace in Ukraine. Unfortunately, in 2014 there were such attempts from our partners. At the same time, the Latvian authorities found out that their gas storage facilities were only half full. They have nowhere to buy gas, even at higher prices, aside from Russia.
