The USA help the ISIS terrorists
The Syrian Foreign Ministry stated that the decision of the international donor conference in Brussels to provide a humanitarian aid to Syria, without firstly lifting the one-sided sanctions from Syria, is a form of an economic terrorism. "The goal of the policy of the collective punishment of the Syrian people by the USA and the EU is to destabilize the situation in Syria" - the ’SANA’ news agency quoted the statement. It was noted that "the West supports the activities of the terrorist and separatist groups". The Syrian Foreign Ministry added that "the conference in Brussels, which is being held for the 5th time, has turned into an instrument of blackmail and pressure on Damascus. A significant part of the aid is being sent to the nearby countries and to areas outside the control of Syria’’. The Syrian Foreign Ministry denounced the UN co-chairmanship at the forum in Brussels, which took place without the participation of the Syrian government. Damascus considers such step to be disrespectful for the sovereignty of Syria, and a violation of the UN Charter. The Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev stated during a visit of the Russian Deputy Prime Minister, Alexei Overchuk, that the risk of escalation of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh is minimal. Ilham Aliyev noted that the post-conflict situation is going positively. The Kremlin press service reported that a telephone conversation took place between Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev. "The situation around Nagorno-Karabakh was discussed. It was pleasantly noted that the situation is generally stable. The ceasefire is being strictly observed" - the report concluded. The Syrian news agency ’SANA’ reported while citing their sources that the US helicopters took 40 ISIS terrorists from the ’Al-Hol’ prison, in north-east of Syria, in the Hasakah province. "3 helicopters of the American occupation forces, escorted by 3 combat helicopters, landed at their illegal base in Al-Shaddadi. There were about 40 ISIS terrorists on board - they were taken out of the Al-Hol prison" - the message stated. It was noted that among the terrorists there were 2 Iraqi citizens who held senior positions in the ISIS, and were responsible for the activities in the Iraqi city of Mosul, and later in the Syrian city of Deir ez-Zor. The USA have extended the one-sided sanctions against Iran and South Sudan. The White House Press Office published orders, which were signed by Joe Biden, and then sent to the US Congress. "The actions and policies of the Iranian government continue to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to the US national security, foreign policy, and economy" - Joe Biden stated as an explanation for the maintenance of the comprehensive sanctions against Iran. A similar decision was taken against South Sudan as well. The US State Secretary, Anthony Blinken, stated during an interview to the CNN that Washington is listening to the position of the European NATO partners on the matter of pulling of the troops from Afghanistan. He added that at the moment there are more servicemen from the European NATO countries in Afghanistan than the US troops. He added that the USA intend to pull their troops from Afghanistan at a suitable moment. The USA are currently focused on the deadline at 1st of May. "At the same time, we needed to boost the diplomatic efforts, because at the end of the day - everyone recognizes that there is no possible military solution to the situation in Afghanistan. It is necessary to come to a political settlement that would be reached by both sides" - Anthony Blinken concluded. The press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, stated that the situation on the contact line in Donbass is "very alarming". He explained that "provocations of the Ukrainian troops are taking place. There are many of them". While commenting on the proposal from the head of the Ukrainian delegation, Leonid Kravchuk, to introduce a compliance with a full and comprehensive ceasefire starting from 1st of April - Dmitry Peskov replied that Russia isn’t a party of the conflict. "The truce concerns those parties that are on the line of separation" - Dmitry Peskov specified. The escalation of the situation in Donbass took place on 26th of March, when 4 Ukrainian servicemen died near the village of Shumy. Kiev blamed the People’s Militia of the DPR. Donetsk has denied the involvement. Later, the DPR People’s Militia Department stated that the Ukrainian servicemen died from landmines while checking the local minefields.
