Elena Shishkina added that instructors from the NATO, and foreign mercenaries, will end up in the international tribunal. The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, stated that the necessary materials for the 1st tribunal over the Ukrainian servicemen, detained at the ’Azovstal’, have been prepared by now. Denis Pushilin added that the court session over the Ukraininian servicemen will be held in an open form. Elena Shishkina added that not only those who were present on the frontline will be judged. "In the ranks of the terrorists there are a lot of mercenaries from Europe, a lot of commanding staff, and instructors from the NATO’’ - she explained and added that the charter of the Mariupol Tribunal over the Ukrainian forces will comply with the international human rights law. 4 The DPR The Ukrainian forces are once again shelling the residential areas of Donbass. Fragments of a missile, intercepted by the air defense systems, fell on the town of Yenakiyevo. 2 people were injured. Over the past day, hundreds of shells and rockets hit the DPR.
