Terror attacks in Ukraine // Israel attacked Damascus

The Israeli Air Force carried out an another air strike at the Damascus airport. Targets to the south from city were attacked as well. Some people were killed. The Syrian anti-air forces tried to repel the attack, but several incoming missiles still hit the targets near the Damascus airport, as well as at south of the city. 5 Syrian servicemen were killed. There was some material damage - the Syrian news agency ’SANA’ reported. Terror attacks took place in Ukrane. On 16th of September the Ukrainian forces launched a missile attack on the building of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region. The total number of casualties is still unknown. The local authorities reported that there were no casualties among the officials. Most of the casualties were random civilians. A similar attack took place in the LPR. The head of the LPR’s Prosecutor General’s Office, Sergei Gorenko, died during an explosion in the building. His deputy, Ekaterina Steglenko, died as well - an assistant of the Minister of the Interior Affairs of the LPR, Vitaly Kiselev, reported. The presidents of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, Sadyr Japarov and Emomali Rahmon, agreed to pull the servicemen away from the borderline. The parties agreed that the chairman of the State Committee for the National Security of Kyrgyzstan, Kamchibek Tashiev, and his Tajik counterpart, Saimumin Yatimov, will work in the area. A commission will be set up to investigate the circumstances and the cause of the incident. The clashes on the border of the two countries began on the morning of 16th of September. The parties accuse each other of shelling. Bishkek reported about 42 victims. Dushanbe reported about 1 dead serviceman and 3 wounded. According to the ’’Sputnik-Kyrgyzstan’’ news agency - 15-years-old Elzada Mannanova, from the village of Dostuk, died from a shrapnel wound during the shelling. Such conflicts on the borderline take place because both countries have yet to finish the delimitation and demarcation of some sections. During a meeting of Vladimir Putin with the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, during the SCO summit, the Russian president stated that Moscow will do everything possible in order to end the conflict in Ukraine as soon as possible, even though Ukraine refuses to negotiate. The leaders of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization signed the ’Samarkand Declaration’ after the summit. The document announced an intention to increase the cooperation in defense and security matters. Representatives of the SCO condemned the terrorist attacks in the world, and expressed their deep concern about the threat to security that comes from terrorism, separatism, and extremism. A member of the main council of the administration of the Zaporozhye region, Vladimir Rogov, stated that there is a large number of Ukrainian combat vehicles and troops, including mercenaries, located on the border of the Zaporozhye region. “There has never been such a concentration of Zelensky’s forces on our front line. There are really a lot of them. There are special operations forces, foreign fighters in large numbers, Ukrainian territory defense forces, and even forcibly mobilized people. There are artillery pieces M-777, and MLRS HIMARS, Grad, and Uragan" - he reported and added that the mercenaries speak English and Polish - the RIA NEWS reported. The Iraqi Army Command announced a start of a large-scale anti-terrorist operation, which will be carried out jointly by the police forces and the government militia units.
