He also believes that it is necessary to start negotiations on the conclusion of a new document that would force Russia to "pull back the troops and tanks". 6 Ukraine During his speech at the opening of the regular session of the Ukrainian parliament, Vladimir Zelensky announced the creation of a new format of cooperation with the UK and Poland. The agreements are planned to be consolidated during a visit of the UK and Polish prime ministers - Boris Johnson and Mateusz Morawiecki - to Ukraine on 1st of February.
