The RIA NEWS reported that a group of 5 ISIS terrorists was killed near the Russian Embassy in Kabul. 3 more surrendered. It was noted that immediately after the explosion at the mosque, a counter-terrorist operation was launched, which destroyed the ISIS cell in the 17th district of Kabul. 3 terrorists were neutralized, a suicide belt of one of them has detonated. 3 Afghanistan The Taliban reported about killing 3 ISIS terrorists in the east of the country, in the Kunar province - the Sky News Arabia reported while citing a security official of the Taliban, on Tuesday. According to the information from the TV channel, among the killed extremists there was the leader of the gangs, operating in the specified region. 4 The USA - Iran The USA don’t plan to lift the sanctions from Iran "in advance", before an agreement is reached to restart the nuclear deal - a senior US administration official told to the reporters. The parties look forward to a swift resumption of the negotiations in Vienna, back to the mutual return to the commitments of the Joint Comprehensive Action Plan, which Donald Trump has abandoned and launched a "maximum pressure" campaign - the RIA NEWS reported. The directive’s norms, in particular, require the separation of the functions of the gas production and transportation.
