The terrorists attacked the Syrian troops in Idlib
1 Syria The head of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of the Warring Parties in Syria, rear-admiral Alexander Karpov, reported that a terrorist sabotage group attacked the positions of the Syrian government forces in the southern part of the Idlib DMZ, near the village of Rueiha. The attack killed 2 Syrian soldiers, and injured 1 more. 2 terrorists were killed. "The terrorists had losses, and retreated to the village of Zigata" - Alexander Karpov reported. He added that the Center calls on the commanders of the illegal groups to abandon their provocations, and take the path of a peaceful settlement of the situation in the areas under their control. 2 Iraq A missile attack was launched on the territory next to the Victoria camp, where the US military is located, near the Baghdad international airport - the ’Al Mayadee’ TV reported on the Telegram channel. The Reuters reported that at least 3 missiles fell in the vicinity of the airport. There was no information about the victims. So far no radical organization claimed the responsibility for the attack. 3 Saudi Arabia The ’Reuters’ reported that the air defense of the Arabian coalition, led by Saudi Arabia, intercepted and destroyed 2 UAVs with explosives, launched by the Yemeni movement ’Ansar Allah’. The UAVs with IEDs were supposedly launched from the Yemeni territory towards the city of Khamis Mushait, in the south-west of Saudi Arabia. 4 The Czech Republic The head of the Czech Foreign Ministry, Jakub Kulganek, stated that the number of the employees of the general consulates of Russia in the Czech Republic, and the Czech Republic in Russia, won’t change due to the diplomatic conflict. The embassies in Moscow and Prague will have 32 employees each. Earlier Jakub Kulganek stated that 63 employees of the Russian Embassy in Prague must leave the Czech Republic. The Polish Ambassador to Moscow, Krzysztof Krajewski, was informed of this decision after he was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry. The Polish diplomats must leave Russia by 15th of May, 2021. On 15th of April the Polish Foreign Ministry announced that 3 Russian diplomats were declared ’persona non grata’. 6 Donbass The head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, and the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, called on the Ukrainian President, Vladimir Zelensky, to come to Donbass for a conversation, and to visit the hot spots. Zelenskiy’s office has not yet given an answer. Earlier, Vladimir Zelensky invited Vladimir Putin to meet "anywhere" in Donbass. Vladimir Putin stated that if it is about the discussion of the problems of Donbass - the Ukrainian leadership should meet with the leaders of the Donbass republics.
